I have a deep conviction that we need more pink & glitter in business. Pink and glitter, are two things I absolutely love (besides cucumbers!).
Pink and glitter are metaphors for self-expression, authenticity, and human. We need more of it.
In times of generative AI, generic content and interactions are becoming the norm, what will set us apart is being human and creative. Therefore, I ask everyone to be human at work, to have fun, and to be one’s authentic self!
