We spend most of our lives at work, a place full of questionable norms. As a queer person, I've learned to detect norms, challenge them, and follow my own path.

My mission is to bring more pink & glitter to the business world. I want a workplace where experimentation thrives, boundaries expand, and everyone can show up as their full, authentic self. Especially as AI supports our work, strengthening our uniquely human skills is key.

I pursue this through thought-provoking keynotes at corporate events, interactive conference sessions, event moderation, and distributing pink laptop stickers. Because transformation can gain momentum with mini-interventions.

But I don't stop at inspiration. Through my talent and leadership workshop "Drag Queen for a Day" I enable corporate talents and leaders the to practise curiosity, creativity, leadership and resilience.

Everything I do combines my passion for performance with unique credentials: experiences as a drag artist, studies at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), and a career in management consulting.
