Betty Business

Co-Host, in charge of business relevance

The Business Queen

Betty Business is not the usual drag queen that sings, dances or lip-synchs. Instead, she has a business degree from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), works as a management consultant and is determined to bring more pink & glitter to the business world.

Pink & glitter are metaphors for more authenticity, fun and questioning norms in the business world.

Motivation for the workshop

Betty Betty Business participated in Milky Diamond’s Drag Workshop in 2022. The workshop has not only introduced her to the crafts behind doing drag but also boosted her performance out of drag in business and in private.

With Drag Queen for a Day, she wants to provide business people with the same empowering experience.

Milky Diamond is one of Switzerland’s most popular Swiss drag artists. For over a decade, she has been dazzling audiences with her shows & event hosting, released music, led workshops for newcomer drag queens, and produced acclaimed drag productions. Regularly featured in Swiss media, Milky co-produces events such as Heaven Drag Race and Drag Fest Switzerland, significantly shaping the Swiss drag scene.

Motivation for the workshop

As a teenager, Milky Diamond admired Lady Gaga. When she learnt that Lady Gaga’s real name is Stefani and she had been a regular girl before, Milky felt empowered to become a star herself. With her workshops for newcomer drag queens, she wants unlock the star that is in within everyone. Meeting Betty Business, she realized that her lessons are also relevant for business people.
