Drag Queen for a Day
Strengthening Talents’ & Leaders’ Human Skills for the AI Era
We transform talent and leaders into drag queens to practise, experiment, and strengthen — in a safe space — the skills the AI era demands most: curiosity, creative thinking, leadership and social influence, and resilience amid uncertainty.
A carefully crafted experience at the intersection of business and art.
In Drag Queeen for a Day, we wonder what if…
… you could be someone completely different for one day?
… you were freed from all constraints present at work?
Strengthen Human Skills for the AI Era
AI is reshaping work: routine tasks are increasingly automated, leaving humans to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and constant change. Thriving in this environment requires distinctly human skills — curiosity, creative thinking, leadership & social influence, and resilience amid uncertainty. Yet spaces to explore and practice these skills freely are rare in today’s highly normed office environments.

Transforming talents and leaders into drag queens for one day helps companies to:
Unlock talents’ full potential
Talent potential is often not fully realized — not only because organizations fail to provide the right environments, but also because many individuals lack the confidence to take space and be visible. Dedicated, safe training spaces give talents the opportunity to practise courage, take risks, and strengthen their professional positioning.
Provide training with lasting impact
For sustainable learning impact and behavior shift, truly human skills must be trained and practiced in immersive, embodied experiences in groups — not just studied on a screen.
Drag as an art form has long created courageous spaces for experimentation — inviting creativity, curiosity, and the freedom to challenge norms
Drag Queens are Community Leaders & Role Models
Drag is an art form coming from a marginalized community. Drag artists and LGBTQ+ people have always had to navigate complex, ambiguous, and hostile environments — relying on community spaces and belonging, resilience, empathy, and social influence to thrive.
Drag Queens are Fierce Performers
Drag is performance at its most embodied: commanding presence, experimenting with identity, and holding an audience’s attention. These lived practices of impact, adaptability, and courage can’t be learned from theory — they have to be experienced, practised, and anchored in the body.
Drag Queens are Creative Powerhouses
Drag queens are masters of creativity and reinvention. By designing bold personas and bringing them to life, they demonstrate how hidden potential can be activated and celebrated. The same process helps business talents step out of conformity, practise visibility, and turn their own potential into performance.
